2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering a ctg77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

Accurate Information

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number during registration. ctg77 reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

Clause 3.2

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your ctg77 username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with any third party. ctg77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ctg77 support immediately to secure your account.

Clause 3.3

KYC Verification

ctg77 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. ctg77 does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Clause 4.1

Deposits

The minimum deposit on ctg77 is ৳50. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 24 hours subject to the card issuer. ctg77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the deposit method used must be registered in the name of the ctg77 account holder. Depositing funds you do not own or intend to charge back is a material breach of these Terms.

Clause 4.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of approval. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to payment provider limits. ctg77 may request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal if the account has not yet completed full verification. Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

Clause 4.3

Transaction Limits

ctg77 applies daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits that vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification qualify for higher limits. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your ctg77 account after login. ctg77 reserves the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.

Payment integrity: All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to a payment method registered in the name of the ctg77 account holder. Transactions involving third-party accounts, suspected chargebacks, or any activity consistent with money laundering will be refused and may be reported to relevant authorities without notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ctg77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, published in the Promotions section of the Platform. The following general conditions apply to all ctg77 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to fully registered and verified ctg77 players. One welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts claiming the same bonus will have the bonus voided and may face account closure.
Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. 6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

ctg77 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform controls without express written permission from ctg77.
Colluding with other players, coordinating outcomes, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, including in live sports betting markets such as BPL or IPL cricket events.
Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or payment processing errors. Any winnings derived from a manifest platform error are void and will be reclaimed by ctg77 without notice.
Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. ctg77 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transactions without prior notice to the account holder.
Creating or operating multiple accounts for any reason — including claiming multiple bonuses, evading a self-exclusion, or circumventing a account closure decision.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ctg77 staff or other users through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

ctg77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, ctg77 may place a temporary hold on the account and associated funds. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, ctg77 may permanently close the account, void all related wagers, and retain any balance as compensation for damages incurred. Legal action may also be pursued where applicable law permits.

7. Responsible Gaming

Clause 7.1

Deposit Limits

Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, preventing impulsive increases during active gaming sessions.

Self-Exclusion

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ctg77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game assets — is the intellectual property of ctg77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ctg77 intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the Platform as a registered user.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ctg77 Platform content without prior written permission from ctg77. Unauthorised use of ctg77 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ctg77 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including losses from a technical failure not caused by ctg77's gross negligence.
